Shipping Information

We ship all orders using either Royal Mail or Amtrak couriers. Providing you order before 3pm, we endeavour to ship your goods the same day.

As many of our products are heavy and bulky items, we calculate your shipping charge based on the overall weight of your order on checkout. This ensures our prices are kept as competitive as possible.

We obtain proof of postage certificates for all shipments sent.

Please select your shipping method carefully. We offer the following options.

Default Shipping
We would generally use Royal Mail 1st class for low value / weight orders. Larger orders are sent using Royal Mail Parcelforce. Once we notify you that your order has been shipped, please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Next Day Courier (UK Only)
For urgent orders, we can ship your order using Amtrak for guaranteed next day delivery.

Note: We reserve the right to amend the shipping selection of an order where appropriate. If this should occur, we always ensure you receive (at minimum) an equal service to the one originally selected.

In the unlikely event that an item goes missing or is damaged in transit we will do our utmost to assist in recovery or remuneration from the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held directly liable for loss or damage in transit. If you have a preferred carrier, or wish to insure your shipment for added peace-of-mind, we will be happy to oblige if practicable.

If on delivery of your parcel, you're asked to sign for its receipt, please ensure you inspect the package for damage and mark the receipt accordingly.

Returns

By pre-arrangement, we will accept complete unopened and unused products, subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. Please contact us for more details.
